The Big Butterfly Count is a UK wide survey where participants are invited to count butterflies in local green spaces.
You do not need any experience, but I would recommend downloading the Big Butterfly Count app in advance as it provides an ID guide to help identify the butterfly’s species and can be used to record the count.
